“Debriefing-light”: daily end of shift feedback-round to improve interprofessional collaboration in a paediatric emergency room.

The emergency room is a complex, high pressure context and has the potential to create interdisciplinary tensions. Besides having a formal debriefing process, the paediatric emergency room at the University Hospital of Bern established a daily end of shift feedback-round to improve interprofessional collaboration.
